Project Manager

Are you driven, detail-oriented, a team player, and hardworking? Northwest Professional Services is looking for a Project Manager for our Restoration Department.

Experience:

Previous project management experience preferred but not required.

Skills:

Ability to work with people and show care and empathy during stressful situations.
Great phone, email and organizational skills are a must.
Ability to work closely in a team setting

Responsibilities:

Overseeing ongoing and future projects
Executing, maintaining, and controlling all facets of a job from beginning to end.
Prepare scopes and contracts, and work closely with both Insurance Companies, Subcontractors, and Owners
Oversee scheduling, budgets, and costs
Heavy communication between Division Manager and Mitigation Manager

Mitigation Technician

Join us at Northwest Professional Services we have an IMMEDIATE opening for a Mitigation Technician to help with our Restoration Division. Experience in Water Damage Mitigation, Smoke & Odor, Mold or Biohazard Cleanup is a plus but not necessary. Must be motivated, hard working, and a team player. Need to be 18+ and have a valid Driver’s License.

Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

Water Damage Mitigation: Dry out, monitoring, and Demo
Emergency Services for Water Damages
Appropriate Mitigation for Smoke & Fire, Mold, and Biohazard
Heavy communication between Division Manager and General Manager
Detailed record keeping both notes and images

Technician

Join us at Northwest Professional Services we have openings for multiple positions, including Carpet & Floor Cleaner and Exterior Services:Windows, Roofs & Gutters, Pressure Washing. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Must be motivated, hard working, and a team player. Need to be 18+ and have a valid Driver’s License.

Ability to work with customers in a friendly and confident manner.
Great phone and organizational skills
Ability to work closely in a team setting

Responsibilities:

Closely watching and managing your daily schedule.
Do job properly and maintaining that the client is the most important aspect of your job.
Maintaining vehicle, keeping it stocked and clean and organize
