We use it for scheduling everything from carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and window washing appointments with you, it helps us keep track of all your current billing and contact information as well as invoicing and job history so we know what we did last time we were in your home and when the next time you might be ready to have us back. The beautiful thank you letters and reminder cards that show up in your mail box every once in a while? Yes, that's Service Monster too. We use it to help manage all the aspects of our cleaning and restoration services and to help us give you the best customer experience possible.
