Our shop is equipped with a specialty textile and rug cleaning facility that we refer to as our In-Plant cleaning division.
Custom Care
All rugs, including both hand knotted imports and domestic machine woven rugs, require specialized cleaning processes based on the specific fiber composition and weave construction. They demand a high level of care during the cleaning and even greater care during the drying stages to see that they maintain their unique appeal and shape.
Our in plant process includes Pre-inspection, rotary brush agitation with fiber specific shampoos, hot water extraction, spot treatment/fringe detail, controlled drying to prevent shrinking and distortion.
